Boundary Surveys:

Typically these surveys are performed to locate existing property corners or replace property corners that are missing or have been disturbed. Some additional items clients may request are, flagging property lines through woods, the location of improvements on the property with distances to the nearest property line, marking easements on or across the property, revised legal description, and or a certified boundary survey plat showing the items listed above that is recordable.
