These surveys show the natural relief or three-dimensional characteristics of the earth's surface together with natural and artificial features such as streams, lakes, buildings, highways, utilities, etc. They are typically performed prior to the development of property for industrial, commercial and or residential use. They can also be useful tools for mine subsidence and drainage issues.

This information can be provided as a hard copy plat or auto-cad
