Mortgage/Foundation Inspections:
These inspections are typically ordered by banks, mortgage companies, and other lending institutions prior to the closing, but can also be used to confirm that new construction is placed correctly. This is a physical inspection of the property that locates and verifies that all the improvements (buildings, pools, drives, sidewalks, etc.) Are within the limits of the property and do not encroach onto an adjoining property.
These inspections are relatively inexpensive and are generally completed within 2-3 business days.
